Phase 1 development costs are estimated at $4M. We have already pre-sold $2.35M in garages with reservation deposits in escrow. Or goal is to pre-sell 25% of the project before ground breaking. We are seeking $1.5M in investment. Land is under control and project entitlement have already been received. The funds will be strategically deployed to complete the last pre-development tasks and for phase 1 ensuring a robust and efficient path to project launch and completion.

Building on the success of two previous projects, we have established a new standard - creating private, secure, and exclusive garage condo facilities that serve automotive and motorsports enthusiasts. This next development will include 50 private garage condo units and more sought-after features and amenities including a member clubhouse.

The property is approximately 6 acres with a large amount of road frontage, and is located in Braselton Hall County Georgia directly across from a Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, a motorsports facility which is recognized as one of the world's best road courses. The project will be developed in phases by an experienced team with multiple projects previously developed.
