Motorsports Complex, Test Track & Members Club

Seeking a capital partner(s) to participate in the early stages of a high-demand, premium commercial development project. As the Managing Partners, we are seeking to raise $1,250,000 in pursuit funds to propel this next venture forward. This capital will be strategically deployed towards critical pre-development activities including land acquisition, master plan designs, entitlements, etc., ensuring a robust and efficient path to project launch.

Building on the success of our previous two projects, we have established a new standard - creating private, secure, and exclusive garage condo facilities that serve automotive and motorsports enthusiasts. The next development will include more sought-after features and amenities including an automotive test track, dynamic driving skid pad, training facility, clubhouse/conference centre, trackside garage condos and residential villas.

The property is approximately 400 acres with a large amount of road frontage. The project will be developed in phases by an experienced team with multiple projects previously developed.

The Development Authority has given us an initial approval to seek rezoning. There is a potential for government tax incentives for this project.
