Seeking USD 20M in Pref Equity
Hello,
We are M&A company based out of Phoenix, AZ. We are currently acquiring CRE and profitable businesses in the state of AZ. We own a 506(c) fund for which we are raising USD 20M. We already have senior lender who will fund 80LTV provided we have USD 20M down payment. We are providing attractive returns to our pref investors from the month 1 along with 70:30 split waterfall.
