I need 280K for 2 years against my home worth 525K. Please help save my home.
Put property in a LLC. you own 90% and I own 10%.
Lease property to me for 3,333.00 per month for 24 months.
That covers you for the 2 year 30% ROI. I will refinance the loan
and buy you out of LLC for 280K.
I have a short refinance with my lender for 260K and closing costs= 280K L/A.
My lender will only due the short refinance if I am still owner of property or part owner.
My credit score is 722.
I will be finalizing my divorce agreement February which my ex wife will be giving me 4K a month.
I can show 60K a year and it will be going up to 100k this year. Just can't show that until divorce is finished.
