Looking For Investment Banker
We are a company based in Canada in the deign and planning stages for the construction of two large studio facilities in Canada. We are also in the midst of planned acquisitions in the areas of media technologies, distribution and sales. We are a very well experienced group, with a plan to go public as an exit for investors.
We would like to work with a professional banker for the purpose of raising equity either privately or through an RTO, Regulation A financing or IPO. We will not be paying upfront fee's so this is success based only, but we will offer options and warrants where legally available and only for professional introductions or for licensed professionals.
Funds will be used for further technical designs, final submissions, possible RTO with a suitable candidate and working capital.
