We are a full service, Canada based, global reach Investment Bank.

We service clients all over the world, raising capital, performing M&A, high finance, due diligence, IPO/SPAC services and listings, commodities trading, trade finance, and more.

The cost of raising capital or performing some of these services for clients, can at times be unaffordable for a client. They may have a solid deal or project, however, they may be unwilling to unable to afford spending the money in order to achieve their goals or funding.

This is where SPONSORSHIP / UNDERWRITING Fund comes in.

Sponsorship/Underwriting is the act of investing in, lending, or paying for the services the client needs, performed by our investment bank. In return, the sponsoring entity obtains some form of repayment and at times skin in the deal.

We are seeking sponsor investors to invest alongside our bank in an SPV Sponsorship Fund. We will vet clients, their backgrounds and deals, and the transaction for credibility and viability. And make decisions based upon who/which is worthy of sponsoring through the investment banking process.

Currently, we are looking to raise upwards of $5MM, with no limit, and evergreen.
