We have identified a new opportunity that may be of interest to you. This for a very large mixed use project for development is South Florida. The developer controls the land. The total project capital stack of $103M is as follows:

1. Developer Equity $18M
2. Debt at minimum $23M This is subject to a possible EB-5 Mezzanine piece of up to an additional $42M. If the $42M does not materialize, all or part would be would be replaced by senior debt.
3. EB-5 Additional $20M

This is a very substantial developer with an excellent, long standing track record. This project will be valued at least $225M once stabilized. This project is in an opportunity zone and is CRA approved.
