We are seeking $50M in our Series B Preferred Capital Raise.

The Company is a privately held corporation with a mission to be the global leader in natural fiber composites. We are led by a veteran team of internationally recognized experts in plant agronomics, fiber processing, and bio-composites innovation and manufacturing. Our products replace glass reinforced plastics and timber products. We transform low-cost renewable resources into high-value products for the transportation, wind, energy, and marine industries. Our commercialization partners include Toyota, Ford, Winnebago, and Gurit, enabling them to produce stronger, lighter, less expensive, and far more sustainable products of their own.

The resulting pro forma is impressive: By 2029 we project revenues of US$ 316 million and $132 million in EBITDA. To date we have raised $5.4 million in equity and $400,000 in grants from Canadian Agricultural Partnership. Predicating on raising our $50 million Series B Preferred, we will be awarded a $7 million grant from Emissions Reduction Alberta, and $23 million in project debt finance from Agricultural Finance Service Corporation.

Factories are engineered, products fully developed, patents filed, customers secured, and a lead strategic investor secured for the Series B Preferred.
