Green Energy Co. Looking for Investors/Partners

We have assembled a seasoned Solar and Roofing management team in the formation and structuring of a holding company for the acquisition and management of high growth business enterprise. We have created letters of intent and acquisition terms for merger & acquisitions, and agreements for management implementation of the holding company. An exciting investment opportunity is being created in recession resistant market niches.

The focus is to create immediate growth enterprise through acquisitions in solar and roofing installation services / clean technologies that bring profitable revenue and assets, enhancing both short-term and long-term shareholder values.

The 1st company target, is currently a Florida corporation, and was formed in 2012 for the sole purpose of acquiring and managing high-growth business enterprise creating divisions within a specific market and merging a series of synergistic acquisitions that create $10,000,000 or greater annual revenues. An additional focus is to create an optional year-three exit strategy for each division through successful growth and profitability.

The exit strategy, dependent upon the structure of the growth, could be either the creation of an additional publicly traded company spin-out, or through merger / divestiture with a public shell that we have already acquired a controlling interest, and looking to list on the OTC markets with plan to uplist to the NASDAQ. Management retained in each acquisition will receive stock participation incentives in our company to assist in motivation toward common corporate goals of achievement.
