We are a North American Forestry Company that provides environmentally sustainable timber harvesting services in emerging/developing Countries. We are seeking a Public Company that is interested in the following for additional cash flow in a short time project

1. The Timber harvesting is for around 10 months i.e., ROI within a year, we will be harvesting around $10 Million of Timber/logs.
2. Investment is $500,000 over 3 months and minimum return on Investment to Public Company is $ 2 Million, all funds managed and disbursed through fully insured Escrow Account i.e. Law firm.
3. Complete documentation such as permits, harvesting program etc., provided to Public Company for submission to SEC to issue shares for financing.

This is an ideal investment for Public Company to increase cash flow and shareholder value, including opportunities to grow the Public Company through other acquisitions.
