Exploring Public Company for Forestry project
We are seeking a Public Company that has Capital for our Client, a N.American forestry Company that currently has logging operations in developing Countries. The Company currently has an inventory of $400,000 logs as a part of $1 Million sales agreement and seeking capital to expand operations.
1). The Company seeks financing for $ 500,000 to $5 Million as a loan through a Reverse Merger or Partnership with a Public Company and the loan shall be repaid through sales of Timber including equity participation.
2). The Company has received a $20 Million growth financing offer from a "Fund Manager" based on certain milestones. The fund managers have underwritten loans/bonds for some US Cities.
3). All funds are managed through escrow with an international law firm and one of the "Big 4 " Accounting firms will provide oversight with financials.
