We are a Canadian Forestry Management Company that provides environmentally sustainable timber harvesting services in emerging/developing Countries. We are currently seeking financing to expand our timber harvesting operations W. Africa to fulfill our purchase contracts and meet our global timber buyer’s needs.

This is a closed loop secure financing, since the investors funds are managed through an insured escrow/trust account at all times and exclusively for harvesting operations. The buyers pay to escrow to buy Timber, whereas investors get paid by the escrow lawyer through sales of timber.
The following are highlights;

1. One of the Top 4 Accounting Firms to provide valuation reports on the Timber, which may be used for SEC filings to raise capital and future financial audits may be done by one of these firms.

2. The Timber harvesting is for around 24 months and value of Timber starts at $24 Million. Investment is $500,000 over 3 months and funds disbursed/managed through fully insured Escrow Account i.e. Law firm.

3. This project may be an excellent avenue for an existing Public Companies for additional revenues for shareholders or for a new public company to use this project as a foundation to acquire other assets and grow.
