Industrial Water Recycling Equipment

The industrial floor cleaning market generates 12 to 30 million gallons of wastewater daily. The cost to transport and dispose of this waste is high – a moderately sized distribution center generates 3600 gallons of this wastewater a month, and owners figuratively pour down the drain, as much as $5000 to $6000 monthly.

The Company provides treatment systems that allow businesses to meet wastewater discharge requirements, or to remediate and reuse this water in their scrubbers. The annual market potential for the Company is $385 million, and the initial valuation has been set at $3.8 million.

We are seeking an investment of $350,000, offered as convertible preferred units that pay 20% of profits until principal recoupment, at which time they convert into 10% common units.

Development of our system began in 2018 in response to requests from a large online retailer who was paying up to $1.90 per gallon to legally manage and dispose of dirty water from their distribution center floor scrubbers. The cost to recycle this waste stream with our system was $0.12 per gallon, and the return-on-investment (ROI) projected to be five months.

After completion of proof-of-concept testing using a prototype unit, a pre-production model was built and, in November 2019, displayed at the ISSA Trade Show in Las Vegas. The treatment system was something entirely new, and, despite the fact it had yet to be proven in the market, we were presented, on the spot, with order requests.

Our system design has been updated to incorporate improved techniques in treatment chemistry and hardware. Relationships have been established with fabrication shops, an assembly shop, established cleaning industry service companies, and established cleaning industry distribution centers. We anticipate placing two second-generation units into customers’ shops in late September 2024, and eight more units before the end of the year. Full production will begin in January 2025.
