We are a Florida based M&A firm with over 17 years public markets experience. Currently we have several very clean publicly traded Vehicles looking for all equity swap.

No real estate deals, crypto currency, marijuana, hemp or similar type of companies please.

We are looking for real companies that sell or manufacture real equitable goods and services. The company could be profitable or not, (with or without audit) as long as the current management has a moving forward plan to meet their objectives and overcome their current challenges.

If you are looking for an exit strategy or to sell your business entirely we have a network of operators and mechanisms which we could accommodate you to use our vehicle as an exit strategy for you and your current shareholders.

Although this is an equity offering recent OTC and SEC rule changes in Sept 2021 and March 2023 require the company to file certain disclosure documents with OTC fees and a legal opinion. With all preparation costs and OTC fees there is an annual fee of about $8,500 (approx)) that will be required.
