Stocks Eligible: Publicly listed with trading volume of $100,000+ Daily ($50,000 daily Option is available)

Loan To Value: Typically 60% to 65% of market value

Non-Recourse: No personal guarantee. No restrictions on use of proceeds. IF the stock value declines below, say, 50% one could simply let the stock go back to the lender without recourse

Interest Rates: 3% to 4.5% interest only payments quarterly

LENDER: Over 20 years experience. Arguably the world's leader in providing private equity stock loans

Terms: Typically 3 year terms. But flexible between 1 to 7 years

Monetization: Excellent liquidity option to either reinvest proceeds back into your company as a source of funding. Or provide immediate liquidity for the shareholder without restrictions

Dividends: Retained by owner and used to offset interest

Transfer: Title of the stock is transferred to the lender. Borrower retains beneficial ownership
plus any capital gains.
Generally, no taxation at time of loan transaction per most jurisdictions as this is a recognized securities lending arrangement and not a sale.. Further, the market is very
familiar with these transactions - typically there is no negative market sentiment (as the lender has an obligation to repay the loan). If proceeds are used to fund the company this becomes an excellent press release

Short Sales: No short selling is allowed. Your loan agreement, prepared by major law firms, will
confirm the same

Primarily: Junior Stocks listed over-the-counter or trading on most exchanges globally.
USA citizens are restricted by the primary lender but USA listed stocks are
acceptable. US citizens can be referred to other lenders as appropriate

TEST: Funding can be provided in tranches. Thus, test with smaller amounts to ensure comfort levels and performance

STEPS: Provide the following to receive a Quote within 48 hours: Stock name and symbol; Loan amount or number of shares; profile the shareholder (disclose if an insider or affiliate); contact details provided in confidence
