Our LTV's range from 45-70% with loan amounts starting as low as $100k for title transfers and up to over $500M USD for non-title transfers with terms of 1 - 5 years. Tranche sizes range from 4-7 times the average daily trading volume of the collateralized security with a minimum of $40k in daily USD volume accepted.
