$50MM - $200MM Credit Facility for US SFR builders

This Credit Facility is built specifically for SFR builders with a proven track record, typically constructing 75–150 homes per year across the U.S. This facility provides credit lines ranging from $50 million to $200 million+, backed by a thorough upfront underwriting process and credit pre-approval.

Structured with a flexible 12-month term and optional extensions, the facility supports rolling commitment renewals and can be applied across multiple projects simultaneously. Funds may be used for acquisition, horizontal development, and vertical construction.

There is a .50bps deposit, which is applied to the loans as they are drawn down out of the Master Credit Facility, i.e. it is not a cost for the Credit Facility.

Interest is 9 to 10% I/O, the more experience and track record, the lower the rate and the points.
