Can go as high as 350M but and will come in tranches at requests over 100M.
Collateral: Land or other applicable assets or, use OUR collateral!
APR: TBD and is based on if you use your collateral or ours.


You must be ready to move forward with:
A business plan and Proof of funds for the 10% deposit. It must be Real Proof of Funds e.g. BANK STATEMENTS....it will be vetted for authenticity.
Loan term (1, 2, or 3 years)
Grace period request (3, 6, or 12 months)
Indicate if you have your own collateral or if you prefer to use the lenders' collateral, and if there is an appraisal that’s been in the last year
Note: Funding takes 60–90 business days. From all documents received and verified though, we are trending at 45 days to funding.
