Overview

We are seeking large-scale mining projects for joint venture partnership with experienced operators and technical teams. Our focus is on projects with significant in-ground assets, strong technical validation, and a clear path to development or expansion.

This is a project-level JV, not a brokerage mandate. We partner directly with owners, sponsors, and management teams.

Ideal Project Criteria

Projects that meet most (not necessarily all) of the following:

$1B+ USD in in-ground assets (measured and/or indicated preferred)

Current NI 43-101 (or equivalent recognized international standard)

Experienced technical & operating team in place

Advanced exploration, development, or early production stage

Clear ownership and clean title

Scalable development plan (phased or full build-out)

Gold or silver preferred; high-quality polymetallic projects considered
