Our typical Terms
1) 8% IR
2) 36 mont w up to (2) 12 month extensions
3) Up to 70% Debt
4) up to 20% Equity
5) Lender Points 2-3

We are a direct lender
We will order our own 3rd party reports
We do charge a Due DIligence Fee (no this can not be waived, no it can not be waived into the loan)
We have Funded $2B in GUC efforts
Timing to processing your request varies - depends on maturity of project typically 3-8 months (e.g. if plans, permits/approvals are available)

We typically will take 35-45% of your project if you decide to take our 90% Financing option
You must have a min 10% of Equity in YOUR own project (non waiverable)
You must have experience in the relevant field you are seeking funding in
