Multiple Hedge Fund and Trade Platform Access

One hedge fund has been around for 18 years and has an exemplary record.

Unlike many banks, they have never been sued.

The chair of the fund has been consistent in getting the hedge fund to fund all deals, except for one in the past two years, and that was because the entity did not disclose financial issues.

Honesty is the best policy!

It is vitally important that relational trust is established in order to move forward.

The fund does NOT want to run your business......only invest in it.

The hedge fund is currently offering this preliminary structure for funding projects:

1) 12 percent interest (Fixed rate)

2) First two to three years, moratorium on loan payments (interests will accrue, but there's no payments)

3) No penalty for early payoff

4) No Personal Guarantee, credit checks or collateral required

5) Due Diligence fee (usually between $20,000 and $40,000) (This fee is required for background checks, underwriting, and a deep dive into the entity requesting the loan and the project itself)

6) 21 to 30 day due diligence process with loan closing around 45 days after requested documents are received.

Projects are funded with the exception of not being forthright with pertinent information.

This is the best deal out here for unsecured money.
