Your project will be structured and/or collateralized using your project as collateral and an Insurance Wrap. Upon approval an SPV will be formed to own the project. The SPV ownership structure effectively shields the assets of both the project sponsor and the equity investor from deficiency actions if the project fails.

100% funding is accomplished with both debt and equity. The amount of equity taken by the investor will vary depending on the project, but the sweet spot of equity for the investor is usually 30%.
