BG/SBLC/DLC With Upfront & Without Upfront

I have access to reputable BG/SBLC/DLC providers from top Tier 1 banks such as HSBC, Barclays, and others. Pertaining to structures, we offer ranges from 32% to 45% + 2% for purchase . We also provide HSBC Bank PLC London (45+2%) with Delivery vs. Payment procedures via BPU (Bank Payment Undertaking). Please note that pricing may fluctuate based on market rates and transaction timelines.

We currently have lease options that all require upfront fees (Tier-1 SBLC leases), and most providers do not issue leases without monetization—only one provider issues without monetization. We will be sharing the working procedures for full guidance.

Purchase options are also available with or without upfront fees.For no-upfront-fee options, clients must provide Proof of Funds (POF), Bank statement, Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)(is required initially, thereby reducing financial risk )charges and commission fees and to meet Tier 1 banking standards.

Upfront Purchase Offer:
Alternative purchase offers are available with initial costs required. Citibank (Singapore, Hong Kong, or other major European banks) offers 15% + 2% = 17% total, with no BCL/POF or LOC required. We also provide upfront fee options from So. Bk at 7–9% for purchase (Non-Tier 1).

THE BOARDING PROCESS:
1.) Issuance of Procedures to Applicants
2.) Submission of the Quick Essential Information Questionnaire
3.) The applicant’s CIS or KYC with the applicant’s corporate documentation
4.) A recorded video Zoom call with the applicant (and their lead facilitator, if applicable) The lead facilitator is welcomed to attend the call with their applicant. (This requirement is NOT Negotiable) unless the applicant is considered high-profile.
5.) DocuSign NCNDA
6.) All procedures will necessitate the applicant's signature to confirm their consent to proceed with their selected provider and/or monetizer.
7.) PROOF OF FUNDS (POF) IS MANDATORY. UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED. BY PROVIDER. Acceptable POF documentation may include a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) issued by a prime bank. The type of POF may vary depending on the provider’s requirements — it can be Ledger-to-Ledger confirmation or an Account Transaction Verification (ATV) written on the client’s company letterhead. All POF must meet Tier 1 banking standards. The preferred and most widely accepted form of POF is a BCL, as it is recognized by all our providers. In some cases, a recent bank statement (not older than three business days) may also be acceptable. Please note: While the BCL remains the preferred option, the use of any alternative POF must be requested by the client and approved by the provider. Accepted alternative POF types may vary case by case, depending on the provider’s internal compliance procedures.
8.) Full Compliance KYC for Monetization services
PLEASE NOTE: In some applicable cases, we may require an Exclusivity Agreement from the applicant. This is NOT mandatory with all providers and monetizers. We will inform the applicant in advance, as per the request of the provider and/or monetizer.
