Small Cap - Funding Opportunity Non-Recourse

ELIGIBLE PARTIES; Private Parties or Corporate Entities who can provide acceptable
collateral. The specific protocol for the loan program will be considered on a case by case
basis. Collateral is subject to the following requirements:
ACCEPTED COLLATERAL : SBLC or SWIFT MT760, “BLOCKED FUNDS” and some cases
Hard Assets including: Gold Bullion and Diamonds.
LOAN VALUE: Loans up to $10M - $50M would be available, to parties with sufficient
collateral. SBLC, MT760 “BLOCKED FUNDS” Gold Bullion, are acceptable forms of collateral.
LTV RATE: *80% for PRIME BANK collateral (SBLC).
TERM: 3 Year term, In some cases a 1 year term may be acceptable.
NON-RECOURSE LOAN: 28% of LTV provided to the SBLC applicant = $00M to be paid in
Tranches over 10 Days.
Tranche size depends on Receiving Accounts capabilities.
New Accounts will start with $10M and ramp up as per standard Swift Protocols.
SEASONED ACCOUNTS: transfer of $0 will be initiated 10 days after receipt of SBLC, for a
total of $M (28%LTV)
KYC: The Asset owner must provide the Know Your Client with a current POF, RWA and
Passport for DD.
PROJECT SUMMARY: Each client will also need to provide a Project Summary for use of the
funds. (We could use the form that you’ve already constructed). This document will be
required for the receiving bank to understand why these payments are being distributed to the
account holder, and the asset owner would give the loan contract and the project summary
which would fulfill their bank’s compliance requirements for AML.
FUNDS DISBURSEMENT: The funds will be disbursed to the Asset Owner in full (minus all
fees)at the time of closing
