Seeking Private Banker/Partner for Securitization

We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Private Banker or Private Banking Group to partner with us in the securitization of commercial instruments such as:

Executed applications

Contracts and lease agreements

Promissory notes

Chattel paper and receivables

Other financial instruments

Scope of Engagement:
We require assistance with structuring, packaging, and securitizing assets for institutional placement, monetization (mainly), or collateralization purposes. Must be well-versed in private placements, risk management, and non-traditional assets.

Ideal Candidate/Group Will Have:

Proven experience in private banking or structured finance

Access to underwriting and institutional networks

Understanding of UCC filings, chattel paper, and financial instruments

Compliance knowledge for domestic and international jurisdictions

Capability to work with startups or asset-rich early-stage companies

We are open to U.S. or international private banking relationships.
