Business is a 10 years-old corporate finance firm based in Europe, specializing in providing comprehensive strategic and financial solutions to businesses across various industries. With a strong presence in the market, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term client relationships. We are currently looking to grow in the US market and we are seeking an experienced Senior Professional to spearhead our efforts in sourcing clients and matching lucrative opportunities.
Job Overview:
Your primary objective will be to identify and engage with potential clients, build strategic partnerships, and leverage your extensive network to generate business opportunities. You will work closely with our team to understand our service offerings and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique financial needs of our clients. This is a senior-level position that offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and target potential clients in the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-level executives, investment bankers, private equity firms, and industry professionals.
- Utilize your network and industry knowledge to source and secure high-value deals, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising opportunities, and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including analysts, legal advisors, and financial experts, to develop and present compelling proposals and pitch materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and brand awareness in the United States market.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field, with a focus on the United States market.
-A strong network and established relationships with key players in the finance industry, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and professional networks.
-In-depth knowledge of financial products, deal structures, and transaction processes, with a track record of successfully closing complex deals.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess and evaluate potential business opportunities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a global team.
We offer an attractive commission structure, and the opportunity to become a managing partner in the US entity with a package of bonus plus equity.
