Finance Director : Small International Hotel Group

US citizen required for appointment as finance director for a small unique international hotel group

You will be required to have the last 2 years financial tax returns available to produce and a credit score of 700 minimum.

The position involves responsibility and trust both of the appointee to the company and reciprocated by the company.

You will be required to open and be signatory to the company bank accounts in the USA and as well as to sign and execute bank, lender and other agreements and represent the company at required formal events.

You will report to the company CEO (who is located outside the USA) for tasks daily or as required

Also, you will report to the board and need to attend board meetings monthly or as required online

You will work remotely or from home so applicants can be located anywhere around the USA (however, East Coast and Miami are preferred).

The position is initially part time casual as required.

Remuneration will be made up of certain performance payments, a monthly retainer and perks such as issue of bonus shares and rights to staff benefits and travel.

Hotel and hospitality experience is preferable but not necessary.

You will have all round skills and experience in finance, accounting, capital markets and fundraising, entrepreneurial, property, business, communications and interpersonal relations which will be highly regarded.
