Opportunity to acquire or partner in two operational underground polymetallic mining projects in Peru producing Copper, Silver, Gold and Pyrite. Current production capacity of ~600 tons/day is achieved from only ~10% of the total 800-hectare concession area and exclusively through artisanal underground operations, underscoring exceptional scale-up potential.

The most recent geological and technical assessments are JORC-compliant, with a new NI 43-101 Technical Report. Existing underground workings allow for immediate operational continuity, while ~90% of the land package remains unexplored.
Based on USD 4M of mineral value identified over just 7.5 hectares, a linear extrapolation across the 800-hectare land package suggests a in-situ value in excess of USD 400M.

Mechanization & Expansion Upside
Transitioning from artisanal to semi-mechanized or fully mechanized mining is expected to materially increase throughput, improve grade control, reduce unit costs, and unlock parallel mining fronts across multiple veins. Combined with systematic drilling, this offers a clear pathway to rapid production growth and valuation uplift.

High reported recoveries (Cu up to ~98%, Ag ~65%). Strong infrastructure including all-season road access, national power grid connection, and year-round water supply, with positive community relations in a mining-friendly jurisdiction close to export routes.
