Investment Opportunity in a Licensed, Producing Gold Mine in Zimbabwe

We are seeking an investor or strategic partner for an established, fully licensed small-scale gold mining operation located in the northwestern mineral belt of Zimbabwe. Our company owns seven contiguous gold mining claims, each with valid mining permits, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval, and all necessary government registrations in place.

Current Operations
The mine is currently in production (investment of $600 000 made to date) and generating revenue through the extraction and processing of ore via VAT leaching. Ore is sourced from on-site pits and third-party toll milling clients, with tailings retained for further recovery. The operation is supported by infrastructure including:

Hammer mills, jaw crusher, and ball mill
Shaker table and centrifugal separator
Concrete vat leach tanks (160-ton capacity each)
Carbon recovery system in development
Excavator Hitachi ZX200
TLB Komatsu WB93-R
Dumper Trailer + 4x4 Tractor
1.5 million litre dam + 3km water pipeline

To date, over 5,000 tons of material have been processed, and a further pipeline of high-grade tailings and in-situ ore is available for continued production.

Expansion Potential
The current VAT leaching system recovers only ~60–70% of the gold content. Bottle roll tests on tailings confirm that up to 0.5 g/t of recoverable gold remains. We seek investment to:
Install a Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) plant to increase recoveries to 85–95%
Scale production across all 7 licensed claims, several of which are currently undeveloped but geologically verified
Upgrade existing milling and processing capacity to support consistent throughput and recovery

Investment Use & Structure
The capital raised will be used to:
Fund the design and construction of a CIP plant $100 000
Procure additional equipment for extraction and processing $50 000
Open and develop new working faces on additional claims $50 000
Strengthen working capital for operational scaling $50 000
