My client is looking for an Investor for his Gold Mining operation in South Africa.
The company holds mining and prospecting rights with total resources in excess of 73 million ounces, positioning it as an owner of one of the largest gold resources globally.
Current planning shows production ramp-up of circa. 80,000 oz per annum with an All In Sustaining Cost (AISC) of US$650 oz, giving in excess of $2000 oz margin – a highly profitable operation.

Investment required
• Raising US$20M – US$46M for development to Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) as debt and/or equity.

Milestones to Date
• Acquisition of globally significant tenements located in the Witwatersrand Basin.
• Completion of preliminary geological studies and mine plans by independent 3rd parties.
• Update of permits completed.
