The total proven resource is over 10 million tons of lithium with an inferred resource of 36 million tones of lithium.
The mining property comes with an approved Refinery License of up to 50,000 ton per day. (This is the permit, the refinery would still need to be built.)
The asking price is $500 million USD, however, offers can be considered.
Going public with the asset is an option, but it must be with no less than $100 million in funding.
