We offer for sale the unique “Kundybai” rare earth metals deposit, located in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. The deposit is characterized by the following key parameters:

Confirmed Reserves and Resources:

The approved reserves in category C2 amount to approximately 49.3 million tonnes of ore with a rare earth oxide (ΣREO) content of about 0.051%, which is equivalent to roughly 25,200 tonnes.

Additionally, inferred resources from categories P1 and P2 increase the overall potential to more than 250 thousand tonnes of REO.

Mineral Composition:

The deposit possesses a unique composition, with heavy rare earth elements constituting about 81% of the total REO mass and light rare earth elements about 19%.

The primary carrier of REO is the “churchite” mineral, rich in yttrium (up to 54% of the total REO), along with significant quantities of dysprosium, neodymium, terbium, and other elements. This composition ensures a high value for the final product.

Geological and Mining Conditions:

The ore is located at depths of up to 40 meters and has a soft, clayey structure, which allows for open-pit mining without the use of explosives.

This reduces the extraction costs and speeds up the development process.

Infrastructure:

The asset is located in an area with developed infrastructure: paved roads are nearby, as well as power transmission lines and access to rail and water communications.

These conditions facilitate easy access for machinery and efficient transportation of the final product.

Economic Attractiveness:

Preliminary financial evaluations indicate a positive NPV and a high internal rate of return (IRR of approximately 28%).

Operating costs for extraction and processing are minimal due to the favorable mining conditions, and the investment potential of the project is estimated in tens of millions of dollars for full-cycle development.
