Business is a niche player in South Louisiana with over 400 years of talent, both in the Major Oil and Independent Oil arenas. Hard work over the last decade has produced 13 drill-ready prospects. Phase One of our fund is six (6) low-risk prospects with an estimated CWC of $17.76 million. Five of the six prospects have 3D seismic, and two have amplitudes. Two prospects have multi-well potential, three of the wells are turnkeyed, and one prospect is a workover for behind-pipe pay. We are seeking HNWI, UNHWI, institutions, and equity partners to begin leasing now and drilling this year.
