We own 16.9 net leasehold acres equating to a 2.6406% WI and 2.11248% NRI (avg 80% NRI) in the Dobbs 35-1H, a ~1 mile Miss Hz well drilled by Comanche located in 35-20N-14W on the Dewey/Major County line, awaiting completion.
The well spud 7/31/24 and our predecessor in title elected to participate with this acreage subject to the terms of the pertinent JOA. which can be provided upon request.
EKN's asking price is $1200/NA ($20,280.00 total) delivering 80% NRI in all right, title, and interest in the section.
All reasonable offers will be considered as well as those for lesser acreage amounts.
AFE = $5,350,000.00
Net AFE = $141,272.10 (80.06% IDC)
The drilling and completion costs will be JIB'd out per the operator. The AFE, spud report, and JOA can be provided upon request.
