Non-Operated Opportunities - AFEs for sale

We sell AFEs/non-operated working interests directly to you/your LLC in areas where we have acquired working interests. We do not promote other deals or sell points in a prospect, you would be purchasing the actual interest in the lease or wellbore itself.

Our team purchases these interests in horizontal well units that are permitted or where wells have already been drilled but not yet producing. Our opportunities are typically between 0.5% - 10% WI in a given well at or above 75% NRI. We focus in OK (Anadarko Basin, Scoop/Stack), Bakken, NM Permian, and the Niobrara. We only participate with large proven operators like XTO, EOG, OXY, etc.).
