Over 400 Wells (100% Operations)

Current production averages approximately 1,300 barrels of oil per day, with individual wells yielding between 3 and 30 barrels daily. These wells were drilled from 1960 to 2021. Over 80,000 barrels of saltwater are disposed of each day. The operations are conducted on privately owned land, including office spaces, yards, shops, an extensive inventory, and all necessary equipment for managing bucket trucks, pulling rigs, vacuum trucks, backhoes, and more. Production zones include the Tokio, Nacatoch, Graves, and Blossom formations. Select deep rights remain available for lease.
The asset includes approximately 80 separate leases, most featuring over 80% net revenue interest (NRI). There is significant potential to enhance production, supported by thousands of drillable acres and an active drilling program that has averaged 8–12 new wells annually. Numerous opportunities exist to restore or enhance output through workover or recompletion activities on roughly 70 wells. Additional deep rights offer future vertical and possible horizontal drilling locations.
The property is strategically located in South Arkansas, in the Smackover and El Dorado areas. Some leases and wells operate on company-owned land acquired over several years, with certain leases also carrying overrides and royalty interests held by the company. Operating expenses are currently around 30%.
