Gas Well With 300,000 Mcf Behind The Casing

In Palo Pinto County near Gordon, TX API # 36335415 is a gas well in need of recompletion. LLC is divesting of this asset because it is outside of our new zone of operation. We have an Open Hole Well Log with gas at 3130 to 3140. The gas well across the lease line did 300,000 mcf in 24 months' time. I expect this well to be capable of similar numbers. Natural gas varies in price it was $4 per mcf in winter. It is $2.88 today. I will base my numbers on $2 per mcf. I will also base my numbers on 200,000 mcf. So, that is $400,000 over 24 months with most of that being in the first 6 months. Figure $300,000 post 20% mineral royalty and Cost of Transmission Cost. That leaves about $200,000.
