We are renovating a historic coal plant to include a natural gas plant with a repurposed 20MW NG generator.
Power will cost .05/kW (or less) after $10M investment in plant.
Excess power can be sold into the grid.
The plant has existing interconnection and all Title 5 permits are already in place.
Capacity payments of $75k/mo ($900k/yr) starting in 2026 will add to your bottom line.
Lots of space for racks and rigs on site inside the building or on adjacent land.

Our company will manage the O&M.
Capital investment: $10M (to cover the shared cost of relocating the generator + renovations)
Cost per kW is therefore just the cost of gas to operate. (Gas lines are present)

We can also source renewable natural gas to the feed to substitute for fossil fuels, yielding significant tax and carbon credits.
