Buyer has to put in application for studies to be done and get in queue for 100+ more megawatts

Buildings on site already and can be used for a center.
Natural gas is available by pipeline and at a fair price.
Bonus- combined cycle power plant is available to have 41 megawatts.
Price per kWh will be between $0.028-$0.032.
With operating costs- $0.032-$0.040 per kWh (to include maintenance fee etc )

This does NOT include setup/startup but we can help facilitate that if needed.
We are only looking for serious parties at this time that are ready to purchase land and power generation.
