The buyer is seeking a well-established accounting practice with annual gross revenue between $1,500,000 and $3,000,000. Notably, this buyer is keenly interested in a practice that embraces both virtual service delivery and a physical office presence.

The acquiring buyer is characterized by strong growth aspirations and is financially well qualified to finance a deal through the SBA; bolstering this growth plan are twenty-five years of robust accounting expertise in bookkeeping, individual tax preparation, controller experience, and financial planning. The buyer desires a firm that is heavy in bookkeeping and can include personal and business tax returns.
