The husband holds an MBA in accounting and finance, assuring the practice’s clients and legacy will be in competent hands.

The prospective buyers do not hold CPAs, so there can be no attest work.

The firm must gross between $500k and $1.5mm in annual billings.

Future plans for the acquired practice include 1) retaining the current management and staff to ensure a smooth transition and client retention; 2) allowing for the current owner to remain part time, if the owner desires to do so; and 3) growing the practice with brokers help while continuing to provide clients the highest level of customer service.
