This highly motivated professional is seeking a practice with annual billings from $400,000 per year up to $1,000,000 and is willing to use SBA funding to get a deal done. As such, as a seller, you can expect to receive upwards of 90% cash at closing. Highly motivated, professionally qualified buyers are difficult to find in today's marketplace.
