We remove contact information from the headline and details sections of listings to force people to use our inquiry system to respond to listings. We want buyers to use our inquiry system for three reasons: i) this is how we make money; ii) it helps us make better listing recommendations; and iii) it allows us to provide analytical information to sellers.
