Yes. In fact, we encourage you to call them because your inquiry email may not have reached them. For example, it may have ended up in their spam folder.

Can I export the inquiries I have sent?

Sorry. We do not offer the ability to export sent inquiries.

Can I inquire about a cancelled listing?

No. You cannot inquire about a cancelled listing.

Can I unarchive an inquiry?

No. You cannot unarchive an inquiry. The archiving process is not reversible.

Do you review inquiries before you forward them to advertisers?

No. We don't review them. We send them out immediately.
