Facilities: As the company operates primarily remotely, there is no conventional office space. The company does utilize two other spaces for storing surplus materials, tools, and equipment.

Competition: While the market is competitive, most competitors operate solely in local markets. Having national reach, the Company is strategic while bidding, placing bids on projects with no more than three to four other contenders, ensuring a focused and selective approach to project engagement.
