• The Company operates fully remote, with no real estate being owned or leased by the Company.

Shareholder Objectives
• The Company is owned by six shareholders who are seeking to exit post-sale. The shareholders are willing to remain with the Company for a negotiable transition period to assist new ownership and ensure continuity in operations.
