Founded Portugal, the Group with a portfolio of 6 companies spread into 4 continents , has been operating in the plastic moulds industry since 1996. The Company’s operations are developed in their own facilities.

The Company offers a comprehensive range of services from design, prototyping and testing to the production of metallic moulds and post-sales support, enabling the Company to provide its Clients with an end-to-end solution.

The Group is also able to produce small scale series of plastic parts, including items for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

The Group has an international footprint adjusted to its international export profile (such as an office for maintenance and assistance in Mexico, manufacturing plant in Morocco) or the need to fulfil different sized orders (such as moulds for large auto-parts in India and China). The Company’s main clients comprise Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies operating in the automotive industry, and to a lesser extent companies within the home appliances and electronic industries. The Group’s sales are mainly focused towards its European clients.

The Group’s strategy drivers are focused on quality and innovation, developing strong R&D capabilities through the combination of a highly trained technical team, certified suppliers and the use of the most recent technology.

Operating in the moulds industry since 1996 the Holding Group has a strong track record in the sector, exporting 98% of its production to 16 different countries. Client portfolio includes a wide variety of industries, with a main focus on the automotive (85%) home appliances and electronics sectors.

Services provided ranging from design engineering to after sales support, to ensure quality of service and long term relations with clients. Within its manufacturing plants, has the flexible capacity to fulfill large and complex orders, such as tri component projects, e.g. Plastic Rubber Foam between in house manufacturing and established partnerships with other players, also the development of solutions for the medical devices segment, currently having series production capacity. Capacity to test production within the Company’s facilities in order to adapt to Client’s specifications and needs.

Solid financial structure: Consolidated results with sales over 9.9ml€ and with an ebitda margin over 11% reaching 1.1ml€, with a net asset position close to 6ml€.

No significant Capex requirements having recently invested in new production machines entailing increased production and new capabilities.

Leading European operator in providing Water Injection Technology in the moulding industry entailing faster and cheaper operating processes for plastic injection.

Capacity to produce RocTool ready moulds a technology that allows injection companies to cut down on costs related with finishing their plastic parts (i e painting or coatings).
