The letter of intent (LOI) asap to purchase Maya crude oil, with delivery at the Port of Houston,

It must be prepared on the buyer's letterhead and must include a copy of the current passport of the signing representative.
The minimum quantity that can be supplied is 500,000 barrels per month and a maximum of 5 million barrels, preferably delivered in a single issue, in order to qualify for the Platts discount minus $6 per barrel and also providing $0.50 USD per barrel for commission (seller $0.25) and (buyer $0.25) payments between the purchase and sale.

The buyer must demonstrate that they have the product receiving tanks under their control (as owner or as a lessee with a contract).

The detailed sales procedure will be included in the FCO. Until the transaction is formalized through a purchase, no documentation, test reports, specifications, etc., will be provided. Access to product verification will be provided at that time, and access to the facilities will be limited to personnel designated by the end customer.

Note: The product is Maya crude and is already in vertical tanks at the Port of Houston.

This product has already completed the export process. It is sold in the USA.
