We are looking to replace a supplier of crude oil from Pemex to Houston, Via ship
Products: 1) Light Sweet Mexican Crude Oil API 43.0; 2) Mexican Sour Crude Oil API 32.8
Volume: 250,000 – 1,000,000 per month for each crude type
82,050 bbls/ 3 Xs per month per vessel Max 8 Vessels
Loading Port: Dos Bocas Port, Parajitos, Mexico
Purchaser:
Delivery: CIF, , Texas
We finance, we need contract Off take with Pemex or distributor of their products, Oil spec upon request.
Maybe other countries, subject to review.
Pricing: WTI less $13.00/bbl; average three days around discharge
Cost: Based upon 82,050 bb cargo; approximately $5.6+/-MM/cargo
Draw down of capital -150 days given $50MM in funding is eight vessels delivering
250,000 bbls/mo. Fee $3.75 per barrel to SPV in $12.5M tranches / month
