Our Client is a N.American forestry Company that currently has logging operations in W. Africa and seeking capital to expand operations.
1). The Company seeks bridge financing for $ 500,000 to $10 Million and the loan shall be repaid through sales of Timber including lender/Investors shall also receive equity.
2). The Company has received a $20 Million growth financing offer from a "Fund Manager" based on certain milestones.
3). All funds are managed through escrow with an international law firm and one of the "Big 4 " Accounting firms will provide oversight with financials.
